What IFB is
IFB is a platform that facilitates connections. It is not an investment adviser, loan originator, crowdfunding marketplace or financing guarantor.
No guarantees
Submitting an idea does not guarantee funding, technical implementation or partner acceptance. Applications are reviewed and approval is never automatic.
Agreements between parties
Contracts, payments, IP ownership and disputes between founders and partners are handled by the parties themselves unless stated otherwise.
